1. Information We Do Not Collect From Parents & Families

CampFind is a client-side search and directory application designed to help parents find camp programs. When you browse CampFind as a parent or guardian — searching, filtering, comparing camps, or saving favorites — we do not collect any personal information from you.

• We do not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, or physical addresses of parents, guardians, or children.
• We do not track or store precise GPS location data on remote servers.
• We do not collect device identifiers (IDFA or Android Advertising ID) for ad-targeting purposes.
• Saved favorites and search/filter selections are stored locally on your own device and are never transmitted to our servers.

2. Information We Collect When You Voluntarily Submit

CampFind is free for parents. If you are a Camp Director or Provider submitting a claim or listing inquiry through our Camp Director Portal, we collect the contact details you voluntarily submit (Name, Email, Camp Name, Phone, and Notes) solely to verify ownership, respond to your request, and manage your listing. We never use this information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Disclosure

CampFind contains links to official camp websites and third-party services:

• Official Camp Websites: When you click to visit a camp's external official website, their independent privacy policies and terms apply.
• Amazon Associates Program: CampFind is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.com. When clicking affiliate product links, Amazon may use cookies in accordance with their privacy policy.
• FormSubmit (Camp Director inquiries): Camp Director submissions from the Camp Director Portal are delivered to our support team via the FormSubmit service. FormSubmit processes only the contact details you voluntarily provide for that inquiry.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

CampFind is directed at parents, guardians, and adult camp directors. The app is a parent-facing search tool; it does not provide features or interactions designed for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. All purchases and camp inquiries are intended to be conducted by adult parents and guardians. Children should not use CampFind without adult supervision.

5. Data Retention & Security

Because CampFind does not create accounts and does not store parent data, there is no parent account to retain or delete. Camp Director submissions are retained only as long as needed to verify and maintain the corresponding listing, and are accessible only to our authorized team. We take reasonable measures to protect any information you voluntarily submit and never sell or rent it.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

7. Legal Entity & Contact Us

CampFind is operated by Clarity Clinical Solutions LLC, a limited liability company. This is the same legal entity that appears on the Apple App Store and Google Play developer listings and that holds the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program account through which gear recommendations are monetized.
